Digital music content manager
Reports to: Directors / General Manager.
Based at: Chemical Records, Unit C2, St Vincent's Trading Est., Feeder Road, Bristol, BS2 OUY.
Job purpose:
We are a fast growing and innovative company currently looking to recruit a Digital Music Content manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors & General Manager and should have the ability to work effectively on their own and also within a team environment. We require someone who possesses excellent data entry skills and is administratively focused. You must have 3 or more years experience in a buying role within a relevant sector for this position.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Develop our fast growing digital store;
· Liase with digital distributors & aggregators to develop a comprehensive digital catalogue;
· Devise promotion campaigns, liasing with labels & sourcing exclusive content;
· Manage the digital delivery and distribution of our in-house imprints;
· Manage our You Sell accounts including customer support and label management;
· Liase with MCPS/PRS maintain & manage licensing in respect to our online store;
· Deliver flawless metadata, artwork & PR materials to our distributors;
· Monitor competitor activity, promotions and comparisons;
· Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

· 3 or more years experience in a content management role within a relevant industry;

· High level of literacy and numeracy;
· Organised, able to prioritise work and meet deadlines;

· Good communication skills;

Customer Services/ Admin. Full Time
Reports to: General Manager

The successful candidate will report directly to our General manager and should have the ability to work effectively on their own and also within a team environment. We require someone who posses excellent communications and data entry skills and is administratively focused. You should have an interest in the products we sell. This is an excellent opportunity to join our rapidly expanding company. Training and support will be provided.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Dealing with customer queries by phone & email
· Process telephone orders
· Responding to customer enquiries
· Liasing with other departments
· Processing customer returns
· Reporting Supplier discrepancies
· Answering the phone
· General administration.
· Shop cover
· Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

- Checking delivery information / stock control;
- Data entry and useful product description;
- Identifying and recording order discrepancies;
- Filing;
- General administration;
- In collaboration with the rest of the Chemical Records team assist in providing customer service, both online and by telephone;
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
