UK / International Shipping

Standard UK postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.35 (Inc VAT) per order.

International postage is calculated by the weight (or volume) of the order depending on the mail service used. A total postage charge will be given in the Postage Options section of the Checkout after the relevant service has been chosen.

The following table illustrates available mail services and delivery information. Some services may not be available when ordering depending on the weight of the order and the country being delivered to.

For same day dispatch (Monday - Friday only) all orders need to be submitted before 4:45pm (British Local Time)

Except where stated, next day delivery will be the next working day from the date of posting and all days quoted are working days.

Standard option means the lowest cost postal service is chosen and used based on the contents of your order.

Royal Mail first class post is not a time guaranteed service but will generally arrive next day (not Sundays) but please allow 5 working days before contacting us.

Parcel Force orders placed Monday-Thursday will be delivered next day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday (Exc. Bank Hols.)

International orders take from 2-10 days to arrive depending on the country they are being shipped to and mail service used. Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.
