BX8 D2 130W Active Monitors [PAIR]

The M-Audio BX8 D2 are the second generation of the best-selling monitors. The BX8 feature 8" Kevlar low frequency drivers with a curved conical design which increases dispersion. The high frequency tweeter domes are 1-1/4" and made of natural silk to produce clear highs.

They have custom class A/B analogue amps which essentially means each driver has it`s own tailored amp delivering an accurate sound across the frequency spectrum (38Hz - 22kHz). As they are amplified you don`t need an external amp to run them through, just plug direct into your DJ mixer or interface.

Rear ports reduce air turbulence and distortion and give an extended low end while the rounded edges reduce diffraction. Connections on the rear can be either balanced XLR or balanced / unbalanced TRS 1/4 inch jack giving you a variety of inputs.
