The Vestax VCI-380 is a 2 channel DJ controller with a similar built in 24Bit/48kHz audio interface to the Vestax VCI400 It comes bundled with Serato Itch and integrates perfectly with the software so mixing, scratching, slicing and looping couldn`t be easier and more hands on. Users can upgrade FOC to Serato DJ software.
There are 2 sets of 8 trigger pads for use with each deck which can be controlled and using the Ribbon control can alter the parameters of Pad FX, swipes, holds and needle drops tracks.
The jog wheels are both larger and more accurate than previous incarnations and an LED display in the wheel indicates the currrent playback position so no need for stickers. The wheels on the VCI-380 also have an adjustable torque so you can set it to your desired preference.
Another added bonus of the VCI380 is that it can be used as an external mixer so extra inputs can be run through the unit and also benfit from the FX knobs doubling up as a high pass filter.
Finally, both the line faders and the crossfader can have their curves adjusted to taste and the crossfader can be upgraded using the innoBender
